After 30 days of daily mobility, the way I move and how my body feels is very noticeable... the program... highlighted your deficiencies in movement but... gave you the tools to strengthen and improve... I have used other mobility programs, but this one is the best one by far.

Amazing experience for me as an older guy with some health issues

The first two and a half weeks I just did the beginner program and... it was a challenge. But I kept showing up... and started to see results right away with my hips. I'm really not sure if you understand the positive impact you made on this guy's life.

I have suffered from lower back pain for over a decade and was told a year ago I have two extra bones in my neck. My shoulder pain worsened. I wasn’t consistent with mobility until 30 days ago when I started this program with Francheska and my world took a 180 degree turn. My left shoulder felt like it wanted to come out of my body. This challenge has changed my life and I plan to continue.

The Bodyweight Fundamentals program is great! I have only been practicing it for a few weeks and have already noticed huge improvements in my mobility/flexibility, especially in my hips and back...The videos make it super easy to follow along and make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. Would recommend for anybody!!
